So for the month of September we will be traveling to New Orleans in recognition of the 6th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina. 80% of this unique city was flooded in 2005 & now in 2011 its cuisine, music and its annual celebrations and festivals, most notably Mardi Gras has restored the life of one of "America's Favorite Cities". So let us celebrate with a glimse around The French Quarter...
